Greetings and salutations, SSFs!
Aria: Book Two of the The Siren Series, as many of my loyal SSFs know, is a marvelous story that continues the ongoing adventures of Selena and her supernatural family. Being Siren Series Fans, you also know how the book ends. That being said, when I started writing the second installment, I was given the challenge by my editor: "Hey! This would make a fantastic ending to the book!"
Being who I am, I thought about it for a day, and then decided that it really would be a great ending to lead into book three. So, the beginning of Aria became the end, and the book had to be written to make the ending come true. I take great pride that I was able to do this.
The book trailer for Aria should have immediately followed its release, but...let us say that I had one of those years where life threw me every curveball it could find. Covid-19 hit hard, the housing market skyrocketed and refused to come back to Earth, family members got sick, so to sum it all up, I was happy just to release Acapella: Book Three of The Siren Series on time with its trailer. I still do not understand how that all came together.
Thankfully, right now, life is giving me a slight reprieve, and I am accepting it without complaint. Also, when I heard this song by composer, Tim Kulig, my heart started to hurt, and I knew it had to be used. This video is dedicated to a very special family member who I wish I would have had more time to get to know better. The few phone calls we had were not enough, but I know that one day, we will share many wonderful chats.
